Image is apparently taken from Arnoldus Montanus’s “De Nieuwe en onbekende weereld: of beschryving van American en ‘t zuid-land” which was granted copyright priveleges in July, 1670, and published in Amsterdam in 1671. No clarification is made of the context of “Constitution” whether physical or governmental, nor the identity of the liquid being poured. Likewise, the identity of the Florida tribe is not given, they may or may not be Seminoles.
