The shutdown is about a 400 year prophecy. The defacto government has always run by contracts. Look into the Mayflower Compact of 1620. It was to last for 400 years. The shutdown is real. Anytime the system is shut down for over 30 days records get wiped out. That’s why Trump didn’t make any effort to help those in Puerto Rico where the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY is located. It took 45 days for those people to get help. The department of treasury is where all of the birth certificate bonds are and it affects social security and other programs related to the STRAWMAN account.
