One of the wonderful fb friends inbox me saying I come across like I’m speaking of two different people. just to clear this up in case there are others who may have those same sentiments. When I ‘m speaking of African Americans/Black people vs Indigenous American Aborigines. In my mind they’re the same people. And definitely not two different sets of people. What I’m speaking to is a mind-set. Because using those terms African American/Black has no standing in law and are considered social construct. Those terms have continually set us back due to us not becoming a unified group having a nationality. What the term African American states that you believe your native home is Africa and not America. It doesn’t tie you to a land mass. And y’all know who’s to blame for this mess – messy Jesse J. who sold us off our native land(Turtle Island) in 1988. And placed our ancestors origin in Africa. Because neither you, your mother, grandmother, great grandmother etc. in this lifetime were born on the Continent of Africa. However, if you, your mother, grandmother etc. were born in Africa then you should claim to be an African American. Lastly, Indigenous American Aborigines we have/must get rid of that mind-set and labeling ourselves has a color/Crayola , a people who don’t exist in federal law(No standing in law) e.g.The Dred Scott case(this case has never been overthrown) still alive and well though so-called African/American/Black people today. NO JUSTICE…CHATTEL PROPERTY SLAVES.
Dred Scott v. Sandford, 60 U.S. 393 (1857), also known simply as the Dred Scott case, was a landmark decision by the United States Supreme Court on US labor law and constitutional law. It held that “a African whose ancestors were imported into [the U.S.], and sold as slaves”, whether enslaved or free, could not be an American citizen and therefore had no standing to sue in federal court, NO JUSTICE…CHATTEL PROPERTY SLAVES. YOU/WE MUST HAVE A NATIONALITY. AND USE THE UNDRIP THAT WAS SIGNED IN 2010 TO BE FULLY PROTECTED IN INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY. P.S. If I come across as offending any of y’all please tighten up and pull up your big girl’s panties. And big boys pull up your hanes drawers. What should offend you are all the lies you have been taught to believe. Again, I ain’t a teacher. I’am an awakener. I don’t get paid to come on here for long periods of time to concern myself on how you may feel to hear the truth for once in your exist on this planet.
